Refund policy

While we know you know what you want, sometimes what you want and what you ordered isn’t really what you thought you wanted in the first place. Make sense? What we are trying to say is that if you are not happy, simply return the product in perfect condition and we will process the return for you when it is received. Please take a minute though to send us an e-mail explaining what went wrong.

 Please open and inspect all items within 48 hours of receipt and notify us via chat on WilliamGlen.com of any damage or shipping problems. Please be prepared to send a photo of the damaged items and of the shipping box from 2 angles. In many cases we will not require the merchandise back. Please retain all boxes and shipping materials plus the items until advised to discard or return.

Returns MUST be in original condition and returned to us in original shipping box with original packing. Returns are subject to review for condition. Returns will be made in the original form of payment up to 7 days after the date the carrier made delivery (see tracking information). After 7 days, store credit or digital gift card will be issued for use on our site.

Returns can not be accept 30 days after shipments are delivered. Discounted merchandise in not returnable. Seasonal items after the corresponding holiday are not returnable. Pre-orders are reservations for goods to be made and to be shipped to us at a future date. Cancelling a pre-order may or may not be accommodated and will include a 10% cancellation fee. Returns where a Gift With Purchase promotion was associated but Gift With Purchase was not returned will have the value of the Gift With Purchase deducted from any available refund in qualifying cases.


We do not service all nations and reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. Discounts do not combine.

On international orders, we are not responsible for any additional taxes, fees or other charges levied by your government. Shipping costs are approximated by the shipper at the time of order but may fluctuate. Large increases have occurred due to shipping and travel restrictions or delays so we will reach out to you for direction with large shipping differences at which time you may either accept the charges or cancel the order for a full refund.

If when you get your package the item is broken. Please, stop, take a breath, save all packing material and contact us. Everything we ship is fully insured but UPS may want to check things out. Recycling is great but don’t get too crazy with clearing stuff out too soon. If you toss the packing stuff and UPS wants to take a peak you may be “up a crick with no paddle” as grandma used to say.

Please remember to alert us before attempting to return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to you according to the policy stated above. We will deduct $5.00 from your order refund for return postage. Typically, items may be returned within 30 days for a refund or credit. Defective items will follow manufacturers warranty and returns specifications.
