Shipping policy

We make every attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours. Sometimes orders may take longer to ship due to volume.

Do not immediately discard packing materials. Returns MUST be in original condition and returned to us in original shipping box with original packing. Returns are subject to review for condition. Returns will be made in the original form of payment up to 7 days after the date the carrier made delivery (see tracking information). After 7 days, store credit or digital gift card will be issued for use on our site.

Returns can not be accept 30 days after shipments are delivered.

International shipments may incur taxes duties and other fees levied by agencies not associated with USA. These are not the responsibility of William Glen, Inc or any of our brands. Please familiarize yourself with tariffs and duties levied by your country/the destination country and advise accordingly for special requests.
