Returns & Exchanges

Returns MUST be in original condition and returned to us in original shipping box with original packing. Returns are subject to review for condition. Returns will be made in the original form of payment up to 7 days after the date the carrier made delivery (see tracking information). After 7 days, store credit or digital gift card will be issued for use on our site. Returns on orders that had free shipping may have outbound and inbound shipping deducted from refund. This applies to Return to Sender, Refused Items and others. Final sale and clearance items are never returnable.

Returns can not be accept 30 days after shipments are delivered.

On international orders, we are not responsible for any additional taxes, fees or other charges levied by your government. Shipping costs are approximated by the shipper at the time of order but may fluctuate. Large increases have occurred due to shipping and travel restrictions or delays so we will reach out to you for direction with large shipping differences at which time you may either accept the charges or cancel the order for a full refund.

We do not service all nations and reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. Discounts do not combine.

Discounted merchandise in not returnable. Seasonal items after season and not returnable.


Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or final sale/Last Call.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and send tracking at a future date. 
You may be able to cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled or is in the process of being fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a customer paid return accommodation refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. See collection or product information pages for approximate availability dates. These dates are subject to change by the supplier and therefore may delay fulfillment of pre-orders. If your pre-order can never be fulfilled, a refund will be made to your original method of payment. Remember, pre-orders are reserved items being held specially for you.
Clearance Sale/Last Call
Items on clearance sale or Last Call are never returnable. These savings are considered clearance and final sale.
