Metzler Bros. European Ornaments

The story of Metzler Bros. begins in Krakow in the early 2000s with two brothers who got their start making traditional Christmas figurines out of paper mache.  They used a pre-war, family recipe which they modernized over the years.  

Their unique formula gained recognition among customers in the United States who adorned their tabletops and mantelpieces with decorative paper mache figurines.

Each Metzler Bros. glass bauble is made in Poland from start to finish.  Each one is the result of a creative process that begins with a drawing from one of our talented designers; the drawing morphs into a sculpt which ultimately transforms into a blown glass ornament.  In the final stage, every bauble is lovingly hand-painted down to the smallest detail making the finished work of art as unique as the person who beholds it.
