Gin Rosemary and Honey Bee’s Knees


Ingredients

For the cocktail:
50ml Cotton Gin
25ml lemon juice
25ml rosemary and honey syrup

For the rosemary and honey syrup:
50ml honey
50ml water
5 rosemary sprigs

Method
Gently heat the honey, water and rosemary sprigs over a low heat for 15 minutes (do not boil).

Shake all the ingredients together in a shaker full of ice. Fine strain into a Ginology Copa Glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig.

The Botanist Elderflower & Mint Cooler


Ingredients

For the cocktail:
50ml Gin
10ml dry vermouth
5ml (1tsp) elderflower liqueur, such as St Germain
Mint, to garnish

Method
Stir the ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass with plenty of ice. Strain into a Ginology Copa Glass and garnish with fresh mint.

Lillet Rose Spring Cocktail

Ingredients

For the cocktail:
2 ounces Lillet Rose
2 ounces Ruby Red grapefruit juice
1 ounce gin
6 edible flower blossoms

Combine 2 ounces Lillet, 2 ounces grapefruit juice, 1 ounces gin, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until well chilled. Strain and serve in a Ginology Copa Glass.

Garnish with flowers.
